What is Health

Health is the essence of life, without health we would not function and without functioning we can not stay alive. Therefore health is a basic human need. Our body, mind and spirit are in perfect harmony when being healthy and in total chaos when being unwell. Throughout all human history we have been trying to achieve the ultimate healthy living through different diets and health believe systems. Feeling content, strong, energized and confident in your body is something we all wish to feel on a daily basis but unfortunately not always succeed. Life is dynamic and so are we, which results in ups and downs that can eventually wear us down and get the best of us.
